A former Planet Fitness and Gold’s Gym exec, Todd Scartozzi has been instrumental in Retro Fitness’ modernization efforts since the pandemic. Scartozzi’s leadership has been instrumental in helping Retro Fitness close new franchise deals including Project LIFT, a large-scale partnership with the BlackRock Impact Opportunities Fund. Scartozzi also developed the “RF21” model, which has transformed the look and feel of Retro’s clubs across the country.
