Todd Scartozzi served as the Chief Operating Officer of Gold’s Gym, where he was responsible for supporting 640 franchisees worldwide, helping to solidify Gold’s Gym's position as a global leader in the fitness industry. In just 3 years, Scartozzi grew the corporate footprint by over 100 corporate locations. Later, as Chief Operating Officer at Exaltare Capital Partners, the first private equity group to invest in Planet Fitness, Scartozzi led the expansion of Planet Fitness from 15 locations to 101 across six states and two countries.

Under his leadership, the franchise group became the largest in the Planet Fitness system. His strategic direction included the acquisition of 7 different Planet Fitness franchise groups and the successful development of 70 new, de novo clubs. Scartozzi has demonstrated exceptional leadership in growing two of the most prominent fitness franchises globally, making significant contributions to both Planet Fitness and Gold's Gym.
