Veteran QSR Operator Diversifies into High-Value, Low-Price Fitness
NEW YORK– Retro Fitness, a leader in the high-value, low-price fitness sector, has signed a multi-unit development agreement with award-winning multi-brand franchisee Laddi Singh, who plans to open his first Retro Fitness club this year.
Singh currently operates more than 50 Popeyes, Burger King and Arby's restaurants across New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. During his franchise career, he has earned numerous industry honors, including Popeyes Franchisee of the Year in 2020, the Popeyes Gold Plate Award in 2024 and the Arby's Inspiring Smiles Award in 2020. He has also completed more than 30 ground-up development projects, bringing extensive expertise in site selection, construction management and real estate execution to his first venture in the fitness industry.
